Instructions
Step 1
Heat smoker to 250°F.
Step 2
Rub seasoning blend evenly into all sides of cream cheese block; place on sheet of heavy-duty foil.
Step 3
Place cream cheese on smoker grate over lowest flame. Cover with lid.
Step 4
Smoke 2 hours.
