Variety is the spice of life, so spice things up with Shrimp-Chipotle Alfredo. Shrimp-Chipotle Alfredo is a new way to enjoy one of your favorite dishes.


Ingredients

    lb

    fettuccine, uncooked

  • 6

    tbsp

    butter or margarine, divided

  • 1-1/2

    lb

    uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined

  • 6

    oz

    (3/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed

  • 1

    cup

    milk

  • 3/4

    cup

    Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 2

    tbsp

    canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, melt 2 Tbsp. butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Remove shrimp from skillet; cover to keep warm.

  3. Step 3

    Add remaining ingredients, including remaining butter, to skillet; cook on low heat 5 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly with whisk. Stir in shrimp.

  4. Step 4

    Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Add shrimp mixture; mix lightly.
