Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Meanwhile, melt 2 Tbsp. butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Remove shrimp from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Add remaining ingredients, including remaining butter, to skillet; cook on low heat 5 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly with whisk. Stir in shrimp.
Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Add shrimp mixture; mix lightly.
