Ingredients

chopped onions

1/4 cup

chopped fresh parsley

garlic, minced

lean ground beef

hamburger buns

leaf lettuce leaves

tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices

1 large

onion, cut into 8 slices

Instructions

Step 1

Heat grill to medium heat.

Step 2

Place first 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Add oil, then Worcestershire sauce; mix well.

Step 3

Add to meat in large bowl; mix just until blended. Cover. Refrigerate 30 min.

Step 4

Shape meat mixture into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Press indentation into center of each patty.

Step 5

Grill 5 to 6 min. on either side or until done (165ºF).

Step 6

Fill buns with burgers, lettuce, tomatoes and sliced onions.
