Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onion and garlic in oil in a large skillet over medium heat until tender. Add the sausages and cook for 5 min. or until browned, stirring to break up the meat.
Step 2
Add tomatoes and spinach and sauté for 3 min. Then, add water, bring it to a boil and stir in the shells.
Step 3
Cook over medium-low for heat for 14 min. or until the shells are tender, stirring frequently. Once the shells are cooked, stir in the cheese sauce until well blended.
Tip: Sprinkle with KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with a cold glass of prepared CRYSTAL LIGHT Iced tea.
