Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Heat small heavy skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add egg; cook 5 to 6 min. or until egg white is set and yolk is cooked to desired doneness.

    Meanwhile, cut 4 (1-inch-long) slits evenly around edge of bologna slice. Fill bread slices with bologna and Singles to make sandwich. Spread outside of sandwich with butter.

    Transfer cooked egg to small plate; cover to keep warm. Carefully wipe skillet clean with paper towel.

  4. Step 4

    Add sandwich to skillet; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until Singles is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides. Transfer sandwich to serving plate.

  5. Step 5

    Spoon VELVEETA Dip into small microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 20 sec. Drizzle over sandwich; top with egg.

    Substitute: Spread 1 Tbsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard onto 1 bread slice before using to assemble sandwich as directed.
