Put an extra-special spin on a classic recipe with this easy Homemade Mac and Cheese recipe. This Homemade Mac and Cheese includes red pepper and VELVEETA.
Ingredients
- 2 - eggs 
- 1 - can - (5 oz.) evaporated milk 
- 1/2 - lb 
- 1 - cup - Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese 
- 2 - tbsp - butter or margarine, melted 
- 1/4 - tsp - ground red pepper (cayenne) 
- 2 - cups - elbow macaroni, cooked 
- VELVEETA - Original Cheese 
Instructions
- Step 1 - Heat oven to 350°F. 
- Step 2 - Whisk eggs and milk in large bowl until blended. Add VELVEETA, cheddar, butter and red pepper; mix well. Stir in macaroni. 
- Step 3 - Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray. 
- Step 4 - Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
