Ingredients

  • Velveeta Shells and Cheese

    Dijon Mustard

  • 1

    Frozen store bought cheese pizza

  • 1/4

    lbs

    Mortadella, cut into ¼-½ inch cubes

  • 1/4

    cup

    pistachios, chopped

  • 2

    cloves garlic, minced

  • Mortadella, sliced, for garnish

  • Basil leaves, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Bake the frozen pizza by following the product instructions, ensuring the crust is crisp.

  2. Step 2

    Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add the cubed mortadella and fry, stirring frequently until all sides are golden brown. Add in the chopped garlic and pistachios fry until fragrant. Remove from the heat.

  3. Step 3

    While the pizza is baking, cook the Velveeta Shells and Cheese according to directions. When you mix in the cheese sauce add the mustard and stir to coat.

  4. Step 4

    Remove the pizza from the oven and top with the Velveeta Shells and Cheese, crispy mortadella topping, and slices of mortadella and basil, as desired.
