Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions; cook 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Step 2
Add meat; cook 5 to 6 min. or until done.
Step 3
Stir in beer, then taco seasoning mix; cook 3 to 4 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
Step 4
Add remaining ingredients; stir. Cook 5 to 7 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
