Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place zucchini in shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 2
Pour barbecue sauce over zucchini; stir until zucchini is evenly coated. Sprinkle with the dry stuffing mix. Drizzle with butter; cover.
Step 3
Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
