Instructions
Step 1
Heat air fryer to 400°F.
Step 2
Cut Velveeta into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) slices, then cut each slice into 6 (1x1/2-inch) pieces.
Step 3
Thread 1 each wiener and VELVEETA piece onto each of 20 short wooden skewers. Refrigerate 2 unused VELVEETA pieces for later use.
Step 4
Whisk egg and milk in medium bowl until blended. Add pancake mix; stir until blended. Pour into shallow dish.
Step 5
Place bread crumbs in second shallow dish.
Step 6
Cover baking sheet with parchment. Dip skewers, one at a time, into batter, then into bread crumbs, turning to evenly coat VELVEETA and wiener pieces with batter and bread crumbs. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Step 7
Place single layer of skewers in air fryer basket. Bake 10 min. or until heated through. Transfer to serving plate. Repeat with remaining skewers.
Step 8
Sprinkle warm skewers with sugar. Serve with ketchup and mustard.
