Instructions
Step 1
Slice 1 pepper and reserve for later use. Finely chop remaining peppers.
Step 2
Heat oil in medium ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
Step 3
Add chopped peppers and onions to skillet; cook 4 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Stir in garlic and seasoning blend; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until fragrant.
Step 5
Add milk and VELVEETA; cook 3 to 4 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
Step 6
Meanwhile, heat broiler.
Step 7
Top dip with cracker crumbs and reserved pepper slices. Place skillet under broiler, 4 to 6 inches from heat source.
Step 8
Broil 1 min. or just until cracker crumbs are golden brown.
