Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in large skillet on low heat. Meanwhile, beat eggs and milk with a wire whisk until well blended. Add to skillet.
Step 2
Cook until eggs begin to set, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Add seasoning and cream cheese; continue cooking until cream cheese is melted and egg mixture is completely set, stirring occasionally.
Substitute:
Prepare as directed, using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
Use Your Microwave:
Microwave butter in medium microwavable bowl on high 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients. Microwave 6 minutes or until cream cheese is melted and egg mixture is completely set, stirring every 2 minutes.
Special Extra:
Prepare as directed, adding chopped fresh parsley, chives or green onions as the egg mixture begins to set.
