Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into small chunks

(14.5 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

garlic powder and salt

Instructions
Step 1
Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 min. Or until tender; drain.
Step 2
Mix broth and seasonings in microwaveable bowl until blended. Microwave on high 1-1/2 min or until heated through.
Step 3
Return potatoes to saucepan. Add broth. Mash potatoes to desired consistency.
Step 4
Add cream cheese; stir until cream cheese is completely melted and mashed potatoes are well blended
Step 5
Serve this delicious potato side dish with a crisp mixed green salad, and your favorite cooked lean meat, poultry or fish.
