Instructions
Step 1
Bring all ingredients except cream cheese to boil in saucepan on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 8 to 10 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Cool 10 min.
Step 2
Beat cream cheese with mixer 5 min.; spread onto bottom of pie plate.
Step 3
Top with cranberry sauce. Serve with crackers and/or toasted baguette slices.
Make Ahead:
The cranberry sauce can be prepared ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate up to 2 days before using to prepare dip as directed.
