Ingredients

    OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces

  • 1/2

    chopped onions

  • 1

    (16 oz.) ORE-IDA Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes, partially thawed

  • 1/2

    cup

    chopped green peppers

  • 1/2

    cup

    KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Cook bacon and onions in large skillet on medium-high heat until bacon is crisp, stirring occasionally.

  2. Step 2

    Add potatoes and peppers. Cook on medium heat 10 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

  3. Step 3

    Top with cheese; cook 30 sec. or until melted.
