red potatoes (about 6), peeled, cubed

hard-cooked eggs, divided

HEINZ Sweet Relish

HEINZ Yellow Mustard

Instructions
Step 1
COOK potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 10 to 15 min. or just until tender; drain. Cool.
Step 2
SLICE 1 egg; reserve for later use.
Step 3
CHOP remaining eggs; place in large bowl. Add mayo, celery, onions, relish, mustard and sugar; mix lightly.
Step 4
ADD potatoes to mayo mixture; mix lightly. Top with reserved egg slices.
Step 5
SPRINKLE with paprika.
Substitute: Substitute MIRACLE WHIP Dressing for the mayo.
