Pacific white shrimp (21 to 26) peeled, deveined, tail off

bibb/leaf lettuce
1 cup
cooked jasmine rice
1 tsp
minced garlic
1 tsp
minced ginger
1/4 cup
green onions, sliced

radishes, sliced thin
1/2
carrot, sliced thin/shaved
1/2
cucumber, sliced thin
2 tbsp
vegetable oil
2 tbsp
sesame oil
1 tbsp
sesame seeds

Thai chili, seeded and sliced thin
Instructions
Step 1
Marinate shrimp with ½ cup of the Miso Lime Ginger Dressing & Marinade for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Wash and dry lettuce and section into wrap-sized portions.
Step 3
Remove shrimp from marinade. Heat skillet to medium with vegetable and sesame oil. Add ginger and garlic, and sauté for about a minute. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, then sauté for 5 minutes or until done. Remove shrimp from pan.
Step 4
Assemble wraps by first placing warmed rice in the center of lettuce sections, followed by carrots, cucumbers, radishes, and shrimp. Drizzle each wrap with the Miso Lime Ginger Dressing and garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and Thai chili.
