chopped tomatoes

avocado, chopped

hot pepper sauce

chopped fresh cilantro

lime, cut into 8 wedges
Instructions
Step 1
Melt margarine in small nonstick skillet on medium-low heat. Whisk eggs until blended. Add to skillet; cook 3 min. or until set, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Top tortillas with Velveeta, eggs, tomatoes, avocados, hot pepper sauce and cilantro; fold in half.
Step 3
Serve with lime wedges.
