Instructions
Step 1
COOK pasta as directed on the package.
Step 2
DRAIN pasta, reserving 2 Tbsp. of the cooking water. Return pasta to saucepan along with the reserved cooking water.
Step 3
ADD cream cheese and pesto; stir until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended. Remove saucepan from heat.
Step 4
SERVE pasta topped with Parmesan cheese.
Note: Forgot to reserve the pasta cooking water? No worries. You can instead add 2 Tbsp. hot water to the drained pasta in saucepan along with the cream cheese and pesto.
