Instructions
Step 1
HEAT oven to 425°F.
Step 2
BAKE TATER TOTS as directed on package.
Step 3
MEANWHILE, combine mozzarella and 1/2 cup pesto; set aside. Cook onions in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 6 to 7 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add peppers and remaining pesto; mix well.
Step 4
SPREAD TATER TOTS onto ovenproof platter; top with mozzarella mixture.
Step 5
BAKE 3 min. or until mozzarella is melted. Top with onion mixture, olives, Parmesan and basil.
