KRAFT 2% Milk Finely Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

1 cup

shredded cooked chicken


green onion, finely chopped

5  tbsps

KRAFT Buffalo Mayo, divided


flour tortillas (8 inch)


Step 1

HEAT large heavy skillet over low heat.

Step 2

MEANWHILE, combine chicken, cheese, onions and 3 Tbsp. Buffalo Mayo; spoon evenly onto half of each tortilla. Fold tortillas in half to enclose filling; spread tops of quesadillas evenly with half of the remaining Buffalo Mayo.

Step 3

ADD 2 quesadillas, mayo sides down, to hot skillet; spread tops of quesadillas in skillet with half of the remaining Buffalo Mayo. Cook 2 to 4 min. on each side or until both sides of quesadillas are golden brown and cheese is melted. Transfer cooked quesadillas to cutting board; cover to keep warm.

Step 4

REPEAT with remaining quesadillas and remaining Buffalo Mayo.

Step 5

CUT quesadillas into wedges to serve.

Cooking Know-How: The oil in the mayo helps brown the outsides of the quesadillas as they cook. This also works for other grilled sandwiches. Try substituting your favorite flavor of KRAFT Mayo for the softened butter the next time you make grilled cheese sandwiches.

Serving Suggestion: Serve topped with additional chopped green onions and your favorite flavor of KRAFT Ranch Dressing.
