Ingredients
- 1 - pkg - (225 g) Kraft Dinner Whole Wheat Macaroni and Cheese 
- 2 - tbsp - Kraft Calorie-Wise Catalina Dressing 
- 1 - red pepper, cut into thin strips 
- 2 - cups - loosely packed baby spinach leaves 
- 2/3 - cup - Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese 
Instructions
- Step 1 - Prepare Kraft Dinner following package directions. 
- Step 2 - Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add peppers; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in Dinner, spinach and mozzarella; cook 3 to 5 min. or until mozzarella is melted and spinach is wilted, stirring frequently. - Change it Up: - Substitute 1 cup cooked frozen peas for the spinach. - Nutrition Bonus: - Treat your family to this tasty dish.
