Ingredients

    (11.9 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe White Cheddar & Cracked Black Peppercorn Macaroni & Cheese Dinner

  • 1/2

    lb

    Italian sausage

  • 1

    cup

    cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1

    cup

    tightly packed baby spinach leaves


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Prepare Dinner in large saucepan as directed on package.

  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, remove and discard casings from sausage if necessary. Crumble sausage into large nonstick skillet; cook over medium heat until done, stirring frequently. Use slotted spoon to spoon sausage into bowl; set aside. Add tomatoes to skillet; cook and stir 3 min. or until blistered.

  3. Step 3

    Add tomatoes to Dinner along with the sausage and spinach; cook and stir 2 min. or until spinach is wilted.

    Serving Suggestion:

    Serve with your favorite hot steamed fresh vegetable and a crisp mixed green salad.

    Special Extra:

    Sprinkle with crushed red pepper before serving.

    Substitute:

    For a meatless version, substitute 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms for the crumbled Italian sausage.
