Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Mix meat, cracker crumbs and mustard until well blended; press into 8x4-inch loaf pan.
Step 3
Bake 40 min. or until done (160°F).
Step 4
Spread meatloaf with ketchup. Top with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
