This super-simple Spaghetti Bolognese is sure to wow your guests' taste buds!


Ingredients

    (450 g) extra-lean ground beef

  • 1

    onion, chopped

  • 1

    garlic, minced

  • 1/2

    lb

    (225 g) sliced fresh mushrooms

  • 1

    carrot, finely chopped

  • 1

    can

    (19 fl oz /540 mL) diced tomatoes, undrained

  • 1/3

    cup

    25%-less-sodium beef broth

  • 1

    tbsp

    dried oregano leaves

  • 3

    tomato paste

  • 2

    tbsp

    Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

    spaghetti, uncooked

  • 1/4

    cup

    Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Brown meat with onions and garlic in large skillet on medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  2. Step 2

    Add all remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese; mix well. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 45 min., stirring occasionally. About 15 min. before meat sauce is done, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.

  3. Step 3

    Drain spaghetti. Serve topped with meat sauce and cheese.
