Product Information
Enjoy the rich, bold and irresistible taste of our Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar Oven Baked Macaroni & Cheese Dinner. Made with no artificial flavors or dyes, our famous mac and cheese is a savory dish that you can feel good about serving to your family. Our convenient pouch is ideal for enjoying on its own, combining with your choice of protein or veggies, or simply serving as a side dish with your main entree. Our oven baked mac and cheese dinner is easy to prepare. First, heat your oven to 400°F. Boil 6 cups of water, add pasta and cook 11 to 12 minutes or until tender. Drain, do not rinse, and set aside. Melt butter in the same pan on medium-low heat, and stir in the seasoning. Gradually stir in milk; cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until the mixture is thickened. Then add cheese sauce and stir on low heat until blended. Combine macaroni with cheese sauce, pour into 1-1/2-qt baking dish and sprinkle with toasted breadcrumbs. Bake 10 minutes or until the sauce is bubbling. In a rush? Omit the oven baking step after sprinkling the hot macaroni and cheese with the toasted breadcrumbs. Each 12.3-ounce pouch makes about four satisfyingly crunchy servings. The difference is in the cheese with smooth and creamy Cracker Barrel Macaroni and Cheese.
