Instructions
Step 1
HEAT oven to 425ºF.
Step 2
PLACE 3 TATER TOTS in each of 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray; place on bottom oven rack.
Step 3
BAKE 15 min. Meanwhile, whisk eggs, half-and-half and hot pepper sauce in medium bowl until blended.
Step 4
TOP TATER TOTS with cheese, bacon and onions. Pour egg mixture over ingredients in muffin cups.
Step 5
BAKE 10 min. or until knife inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool 5 min.
Step 6
RUN knife around edges of muffin cups to loosen egg bites before removing them from pan to serve.
