Easy Homemade Rotisserie Chicken Broth: Many recipes call for chicken broth. If you purchase rotisserie chickens frequently, you can make a homemade broth with very little effort. Just reserve all the bones and scraps from your rotisserie chicken and place them in your slow cooker. Cover with water and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours. You can even add 1/2 cup each coarsely chopped onions, carrots and celery for added flavor. Strain and store for up to 2 days in the refrigerator or up to 3 months in the freezer.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with a crisp, mixed green salad to boost your veggie intake
