    BAKE fries as directed on package.

  2. Step 2

    MEANWHILE, mix mayo, sour cream, lime juice, red pepper and 2 tbsp. cilantro until blended; set aside.

  3. Step 3

    MICROWAVE corn in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until heated through.

  4. Step 4

    PLACE fries in large bowl. Add corn, cheese, mayo mixture and remaining cilantro; mix lightly.

    Variation: For a change of pace, prepare mayo mixture as directed, then mix it with the warmed corn. Spoon the hot baked fries onto a serving platter; top with spoonfuls of the mayo mixture, then the cheese and cilantro.
