Instructions
Step 1
HEAT oven to 425°F.
Step 2
BAKE hash browns as directed on package. About 10 min. before hash browns are done, cook the eggs.
Step 3
MELT butter in large skillet on medium heat. Slip cracked eggs, one at a time, into skillet, leaving spaces between eggs; cover. Cook 5 to 6 min. or until egg whites are set and yolks are cooked to desired doneness.
Step 4
PLACE hash brown patties on serving plate. Top with avocado, eggs and Sirracha sauce.
Substitute: Substitute your favorite hot sauce for the Sriracha sauce.
