    (7.5 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, coarsely chopped

    red onion, finely chopped

  • 2

    jalapeño peppers, seeded, finely chopped

  • 2

    garlic cloves, minced

  • 4

    eggs, beaten

  • 4

    KRAFT Big Slice Pepper Jack Cheese Slices, coarsely chopped

    round buttery crackers, crushed (about 3/4 cup)

    fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Heat oven to 350ºF.

  2. Step 2

    Prepare Dinners in large saucepan as directed on package.

  3. Step 3

    Meanwhile, heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Add turkey, onions, peppers and garlic; mix well. Cook 5 min., stirring frequently.

    Add turkey mixture, eggs and chopped cheese to prepared Dinners; mix lightly.

  5. Step 5

    Combine cracker crumbs and parsley. Add half the crumb mixture to Dinner mixture; mix lightly.

  6. Step 6

    Spoon Dinner mixture into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cracker crumb mixture.

  7. Step 7

    Bake 35 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and casserole is heated through.

    Size Wise:

    Serve with your favorite steamed fresh vegetable.

    Substitute:

    Substitute a serrano chile or canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce for the jalapeño peppers.

    Substitute:

    Prepare recipe using 1-1/2 cups chopped leftover cooked turkey.
