honey

1 cup

large flake rolled oats

1/2 cup

chopped ginger crisp cookies

2 tbsp

finely chopped crystallized ginger

Instructions

Step 1

Mix peanut butter and honey in medium bowl until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Step 2

Refrigerate 30 min.

Step 3

Roll into 20 (1-inch) balls, using about 2 Tbsp. for each.
