Yup, you read that right. This elegant cheesecake is a super simple no-bake dessert. We're pretty sure this No-Bake Strawberry and Pineapple Cheesecake will be a hit with just about anyone you serve it to. The best part is that it only takes 15 minutes to prep before chilling in the fridge.

finely chopped walnuts

(370 mL) crushed pineapple in juice, well drained

cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

cups quartered fresh strawberries

Instructions
Step 1
Combine graham crumbs, nuts and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Step 2
Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Add sugar and pineapple; mix well. Gently stir in Cool Whip; pour over crust.
Step 3
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; remove rim.
Step 4
Top cheesecake with strawberries before serving.
