Instructions
Step 1
Combine rice and vinegar. Cool 15 min.
Step 2
Spread rice evenly onto nori sheets, leaving 1-inch border at one short end of each sheet.
Step 3
Place bamboo sushi mat, rough side up, on work surface. Top with 1 nori sheet, rice side down.
Step 4
Place 2 cream cheese slices, end to end, about 1/2 inch from bottom edge of nori sheet. Place 1 wiener half next to cream cheese slices, then add rows of half of the pickle strips and half of the avocado slices.
Step 5
Use bottom edge of mat to gently lift and roll up nori sheet; cut crosswise into 1-1/2- to 2-inch thick slices. Set aside.
Step 6
Repeat with second nori sheet.
Step 7
Place sushi pieces on 2 serving plates.
Step 8
Top evenly with bread crumbs and bacon bits.
Substitute: Drizzle with Siracha sauce (hot chili sauce) before serving.
