PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES (DEFINED BELOW) CONSTITUTES ENTRANT'S (DEFINED BELOW) FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES (THE “OFFICIAL RULES”) WHICH ARE A CONTRACT AND TO THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL RESPECTS. AMONG OTHER THINGS, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES FROM YOU TO THE SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES (DEFINED BELOW) AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES AND BINDING ARBITRATION.

The Kraft Back to Football Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Kraft Heinz Foods Company (the “Sponsor”). The Sponsor’s address is 200 E. Randolph Street, Chicago, IL 60601. The Sweepstakes is administered by Snipp Interactive Inc (the “Administrator”). The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The computer clock of Administrator is the official time-keeping device in the Sweepstakes, and the Sponsor may also rely on the time processing functions of third parties. Sponsor shall have the sole discretion in determining the timeliness of any action or inaction related to this Sweepstakes.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who: (a) are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (the “Eligibility Area”); (b) eighteen (18) years of age (or 19 if a resident of AL or NE, 21 and older for residents of MS) or older at the time of entering the Sweepstakes; (c) agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules; and (d) submit a valid Entry (as defined below) (each such individual, an “Entrant” or “you”). This Sweepstakes is not open to Entrants who: (i) are employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Sponsor, the Administrator, Promotion Execution Partners, LLC, or any other entity which is involved in any aspect of the creation, production, operation, execution or fulfilment of the Sweepstakes, (such entities, collectively with the Sponsor and the Administrator, the “Sweepstakes Parties”); (ii) are immediate families (defined as parents, child, sibling, domestic partner, spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or household members (defined as those people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year) of such individuals listed in clause (i) above); (iii) are prohibited by applicable law from entering the Sweepstakes; or (iv) do not meet any of the eligibility requirements set forth above. Further, employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the NFL Enterprises LLC, The NFL Parties (defined as NFL Properties LLC, National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC, and each of their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, both individually and collectively) and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, “Released Parties”), and each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or win a prize.

2. How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes (each, an “Entry”): (1) via online by visiting kraftheinz.com/backtofootball (the “Sweepstakes Site”) and registering for the Sweepstakes; or (2) via U.S. Mail, as follows:

2.1 To Enter Via Online by registering on the Sweepstakes Site: Entrants must: (i) visit the Sweepstakes Site during the Sweepstakes Period; (ii) complete all required fields (no PO Boxes accepted) on the Sweepstakes Entry form including confirming eligibility and agreeing to the Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy; and (iii) submit the registration as instructed to receive one (1) entry into Sweepstakes. Only fully completed entry forms are eligible.

(a) Bonus Entries via the Online Entry Method: Entrants who Enter the Sweepstakes by registering on the Sweepstakes Site, may receive up to five (5) bonus Entries by purchasing during the Sweepstakes Period and in a single transaction, two (2) or more qualifying Kraft Heinz® products as set out in Exhibit A, below (each, a “Participating Product”), from any retail store in the Eligibility Area (each, a “Participating Retailer” and such purchase, a “Qualifying Purchase”), provided, however, that, in addition to the Participating Products listed in Exhibit A, any Kraft Heinz–branded product purchased at a Participating Retailer during the Sweepstakes Period under the following brands: Heinz, A.1., Bull's Eye, Grey Poupon, HP Sauce, Miracle Whip, Kraft Singles (each, a “General Kraft Heinz SKU”) will also be accepted as a valid Participating Product for purposes of this Sweepstakes. General Kraft Heinz SKUs are subject to verification, and all purchase requirements applicable to Participating Products apply equally to General Kraft Heinz SKUs. Entrants must thereafter visit the Sweepstakes Site during the Sweepstakes Period: (i) log onto the Sweepstake Site by providing your registered email address; and (ii) upload a photograph (png, jpeg, pdf, and tiff file types with a maximum file size of 10MB) of the applicable sales receipt of the Qualifying Purchase in its entirety (such photograph, a “Receipt Image”) identifying the applicable Participating Retailer, the Participating Product and date of purchase. Entrants are strongly encouraged to remove, obscure or redact out any personal information that appears on the Receipt Image. For each such uploaded valid Receipt Image you will receive one (1) bonus Entry into the Sweepstakes, subject to the overall limits set out below. For the avoidance of doubt, the limit of five (5) bonus Entries is based on the number of Receipt Images submitted, and not on the number of Receipt Images validated.

NOTE: You will receive one (1) Bonus Entry per valid Receipt Image irrespective of the number of Participating Products that were included in the Qualifying Purchase. Purely by way of example: A Receipt Image for a Qualifying Purchase of ten (10) Participating Products, and a Receipt Image for a Qualifying Purchase of two (2) Participating Products, will both receive one (1) Bonus Entry.

2.2 To Enter Via U.S. Mail: Entrants must legibly handprint in black or blue ink on a 3” x 5” card their first and last name, full mailing address (PO Box not accepted) telephone number and email address and mail one single card in one single envelope with first class postage affixed to: Kraft Back to Football Sweepstakes, c/o Snipp Interactive, 2797 NW 105th AVE Doral, FL 33172 (the “Mail In Submission”). Once your valid eligible Mail In Submission has been received in accordance with these Official Rules, you will automatically receive one (1) Entry in the Sweepstakes, subject to the overall limits set out below. Mail-in submissions must be postmarked by November 1, 2026, and received by November 5, 2026, to receive Entries in the Sweepstakes. Illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, lost, late, misdirected, stolen, delayed, damaged, postage due, machine printed, typewritten or mechanically reproduced mail-in entry submissions will not be accepted. The Sponsor takes no responsibility for any lost, stolen, delayed, illegible, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed submissions. An Entrant’s submission of an Entry by mail certifies that they (i) are satisfying all eligibility requirements set forth herein, (ii) have read and complied with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, and (iii) provides their consent to be contacted via phone number and/or email address they provided on their entry for the purposes of Sweepstakes administration, if necessary.

Overall Limit: There is a limit of six (6) Entries per person for the Sweepstakes Period irrespective of method of Entry.

Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries received or ranking status attained based on any tampering (cheating) or foul play will render that participant ineligible to receive any prize(s) and may result in participant no longer being allowed to enter Sponsor’s other promotions in the future, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple Entries by using multiple or false contact information or otherwise may be disqualified. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, the malfunctioning of any wireless network, telephone, computer, computer network, hardware or software or the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in Entrant's device to receive messages. Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their entry form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. All materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Illegible and/or incomplete Entries and Entries submitted by Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. You understand that Internet access and device data usage charges and any other charges imposed by your mobile plan and/or online service may apply when submitting an Entry. Contact your wireless carrier and/or check your mobile plan for data usage pricing plans and details. In the event of a dispute over who submitted a winning entry, the “authorized account subscriber” of the email address or phone number used to participate in the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry, will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account subscriber” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an email service provider or a phone number by a phone service provider, wireless service carrier or other organization that is responsible for assigning such email addresses or phone numbers. In the event an entry contains more than one name, it will be determined to be made by the natural person whose name appears first. Proof to Sponsor’s satisfaction of being the authorized account subscriber may be requested by Sponsor.

In addition to other conditions and qualifications as set out in these Official Rules, Entrants must comply with the following conditions, or they may be disqualified, and their Entry may be cancelled, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion: (a) Multiple Entrants cannot share the same email address; (b) Entrants must use the same email address at all times during the Sweepstakes Period for any and all communications relating to the Sweepstakes; (c) Use of more than one (1) email address by an Entrant will result in automatic disqualification; and (d) Multiple accounts created by the same Entrant will be disqualified.

3. VERIFICATION: All Entries may be subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identification and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor in it sole discretion, including, but not limited to, government issued photo identification): (i) to verify an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Sweepstakes; (ii) to verify the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Entry, submission and/or information submitted (or purportedly submitted) for the purposes of this Sweepstakes; and/or (iii) for any other purpose that Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the administration of this Sweepstakes in accordance with Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Official Rules. Any Entrant who fails to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor, within the time period specified by the Sponsor, may be disqualified in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.

4. WINNER SELECTION; DRAWING: On or about November 10, 2026 Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential Prize (defined below) winner from among all eligible Entrants who submit a valid Entry during the Sweepstakes Period. The Odds of winning a Prize depend upon the number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION: The potential Prize winner(s) will receive a prize notification via email and/or phone call as soon as reasonably practicable after the winner selection, via the contact information provided in their registration form and/or their Mail In Submission where they may be asked to confirm their intention to be potentially awarded the Prize. The potential Prize winner(s) will also be sent a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release for such winner (collectively, the “Winner Documentation”) via email, which must be duly completed, signed, and returned to Administrator within three (3) business days of date of issuance, or such other period as specified by the Administrator. Provided that a potential winner is in compliance with these Official Rules and after having successfully proven eligibility and provided any documentation required by Sponsor, the potential winner will be determined to be a Prize "Winner”. If such potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, if the potential winner is ineligible, if the potential winner fails to return the duly completed Winner Documentation within the prescribed time period, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, they will forfeit the Prize and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible Entries and the process of confirming the winner will again be followed. This will be repeated until such time as a Prize Winner is ultimately determined, unless the Sponsor determines in its reasonable discretion that it is unlikely that a Prize Winner will be determined in which case the applicable Prize will remain un-awarded. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to delay the announcement of the Winner for any reason it deems necessary. If, for any reason, more bona fide winners come forward seeking to claim a prize in excess of the one (1) available Prize as set forth in these Official Rules, the winners of the Prize(s) may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such Prize(s). Inclusion in such drawing shall be each Entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, damaged, intercepted, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify the potential winners.

Except where legally prohibited, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct background checks on a potential winner, where applicable. Participation in any portion of the Prize constitutes potential winner’s authorization to such background checks without Sponsor providing any additional prior notice or seeking additional permissions or consents from potential winner. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any potential winner based on the results of such background check, if the Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding the Prize to such potential winner might reflect negatively on Sponsor or any of the other Sweepstakes Parties, or be likely to put Sponsor, any of the other Sweepstakes Parties, or any other third-party in danger. Sponsor is not obligated to clarify, confirm, or share any specific results of background check with any potential winner, whether the background check resulted in disqualification or not. Factors that could result in disqualification include, without limitation: having been convicted of a felony, or any misdemeanor involving dishonesty, violence, or moral turpitude, or any other offense determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor to reflect negatively on the Sponsor or the Sweepstakes Parties. When requested, potential winner must provide authorization and/or complete any forms reasonably needed to facilitate such a background check. If potential winner and/or potential winner’s guest(s) fails to sign and return the required documentation within the period specified by Sponsor, potential winner may be disqualified and will forfeit any claim to any of the Prizes(s). Potential winners will not be disqualified based on race, ancestry, national origin, religion, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other protected class or status.

6. PRIZES; PRIZE TERMS: One (1) prize is available to be won (the “Prize”), as follows:

6.1 Grand Prize: One (1) “Grand Prize” consisting solely of: (a) two (2) tickets to the Super Bowl 61(ARV $12,000)(the “Event”); and (b) a check in the amount of Thirteen Thousand Dollars (US $13,000) to assist the Grand Prize Winner with travel expenses (ARV $13,000).

The tickets and the check will be fulfilled physically.

The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $25,000.

The ARV is subject to change based upon current market conditions at the time of Prize fulfillment. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded. Limit one (1) prize per Winner. All Prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

IF FOR ANY REASON ANY PRIZE IS UNAVAILABLE OR CANNOT BE AWARDED BY SPONSOR, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THE SWEEPSTAKES IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION AND AWARD A SUBSTITUTE PRIZE, OR PORTION OF PRIZE, OF COMPARABLE OR GREATER VALUE AS SET FORTH IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent of the Prize, or any portion thereof, is permitted by the Prize Winners. Sweepstakes Parties shall have no responsibility or obligation to the Prize Winners who are unable or unavailable to, or who do not for any reason, accept or utilize the Prize. All costs and expenses not specifically listed above as part of the Prize, including, without limitation, any activation or service fees are solely Prize Winner’s responsibility. The Prize pictured in online, television, print advertising, and other Sweepstakes materials are for illustrative purposes only. Arrangements for the fulfillment of the Prize will be made by Administrator and/or Sponsor.

All prize details not specified herein will be made and determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER SPONSOR, NOR ANY SWEEPSTAKES PARTY SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PRIZE OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF PRIZE WINNER’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH DAMAGES RESULT FROM SPONSOR'S OR SWEEPSTAKES PARTY'S GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT. Prizing may be fulfilled by a third-party fulfillment agency. Prize will only be awarded if properly claimed according to the Official Rules. All costs and expenses related to the Prize acceptance; the Prize use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner.

The Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for arranging and booking all travel, transportation, and accommodations in connection with attending the Event. The travel-expense check in the amount of Thirteen Thousand Dollars (US $13,000) represents the full and complete extent of Sponsor's obligation with respect to travel, transportation, lodging, and any other expenses associated with the Grand Prize. Sponsor will not make any travel arrangements on behalf of the Grand Prize Winner or any guest and shall have no responsibility or liability for any travel, lodging, transportation, meals, gratuities, baggage fees, insurance, or any other costs or expenses associated with attending the Event or otherwise relating to the Grand Prize, whether or not such costs exceed the amount of the check. Any costs or expenses incurred in excess of the check amount are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner and any guest are responsible for having valid travel documents, including government-issued photo identification. Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide any form of insurance for any portion of the Grand Prize. If the Grand Prize Winner elects to attend without a guest, no additional compensation will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. Sponsor bears no responsibility if any event, element, or detail relating to the Event or the Grand Prize Winner's attendance is canceled, postponed, or becomes unavailable for any reason, and no refund or additional compensation will be paid in such event.

In the event a Grand Prize Winner or their guest engages in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, is obnoxious, threatening, or illegal, or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Grand Prize early, in whole or in part, with no further obligation. In the event a Grand Prize Winner or their guest engages in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, is illegal or tortious, or that subjects the Grand Prize Winner or their guest to arrest or detention, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments, or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by the Grand Prize Winner or their guest as a result of such conduct.

7. Prize Delivery: The Grand Prize Winner will be contacted by the Administrator and/or Sponsor to coordinate physical fulfillment of the Grand Prize, including the Super Bowl tickets and the travel- expense check. Prize Winner delivery dates are subject to change. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered Prize due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the Prize Winner. Failure to provide a valid physical address or to accept delivery may result in forfeiture of the Prize at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a Prize Winner declines delivery of the Prize or if Prize is returned as undeliverable, the Prize Winner will automatically forfeit the Prize in its entirety and an alternate Prize Winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries received, time and circumstances permitting. Alternate Prize Winners will be subject to the same delivery process. Only up to three (3) alternate Prize Winners may be notified, time permitting, after which the applicable Prize will remain un-awarded. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to delay the announcement of the Prize Winners for any reason Sponsor deems necessary.

8. RELEASE: By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sweepstakes Parties, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns; and each of these companies’ and individuals’ respective successors, representatives and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from and against: (a) any claims, liabilities, losses, and damages arising out of, or relating to, your participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any Prize awarded hereunder, including, without limitation, any misrepresentation made by you in connection with the Sweepstakes; (b) any non-compliance by you with these Official Rules; (c) claims brought by persons or entities other than the parties to these Official Rules arising from or related to your involvement with the Sweepstakes; (d) acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes; (e) any malfunction, error or other problem arising in connection with the collection, processing, or retention of Entry information; or (f) any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any winner). The foregoing includes, without limitation, any claim for personal injury, property loss or damage, or death arising in any way in connection with the Sweepstakes. If Sponsor’s use of your Entry causes Sponsor to be subject to a claim by any third party (including, but not limited to, a claim of infringement), you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties, and all persons acting by, through, under or in concert with them, against any and all damages, costs, judgments and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) which the Released Parties (or any one of them) may incur as a result of the use of your Entry. Further, by entering or participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant irrevocably waives all claims against the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) and agrees that the NFL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the prizes awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Sweepstakes in any way.

9. PUBLICITY RIGHTS: By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to allow the Sponsor and Sponsor’s designee the perpetual right to use their name, address (city and state), biographical information, likeness, picture, and other information along with any content provided in connection with the Sweepstakes for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising, and publicity purposes in all media worldwide including, but not limited to, on television and the Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. TAXES: The Prize Winner must supply Sponsor/Administrator with a complete and valid IRS Form W- 9 prior to receiving the Prize. The total value of the Prize - including both the cash portion (the travel-expense check) and the non-cash portion (the Super Bowl tickets) - is taxable to the Prize Winner as income. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of the Prize Winner for the actual value of the Prize awarded (the total ARV of which is $25,000). All federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and/or use of the Prize not specifically provided for in these Official Rules, are solely the Prize Winner’s responsibility.

11. PRIVACY POLICY: The Entrant acknowledges and understands that all personal information submitted as part of this Sweepstakes will be collected and processed by Sponsor for the purpose of managing the Sweepstakes, and such additional purposes specified in connection with entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy available at https://www.kraftheinz.com/privacy-policy (the “Privacy Policy”). Entrants can read more about their rights, how their personal information is used, and how to contact Sponsor in the Privacy Policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to these Official Rules and the terms and conditions of Sponsor’s website and acknowledge all of the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy.

12. DISCLAIMER: Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it suspects or finds: (a) to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (b) to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; (c) to have provided inaccurate information on any legal documents submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes; or (d) to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor also reserves the right to terminate, suspend, cancel or modify the Sweepstakes and award the prize for the Sweepstakes from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of termination using the procedure outlined above if for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including acts of God, war, natural disasters, coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, other epidemics or medical emergencies, government mandated lockdowns, weather, acts or threats of terrorism, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, work stoppages, fire, acts of government, other force majeure events or other events outside of the reasonable control of the Sweepstakes Parties, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, fraud, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other causes that may corrupt or impair the integrity, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible or liable for any events which may cause errors and/or the Sweepstakes to be stopped, including but not limited to any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, nor are they responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or cable, satellite, or Internet Service Providers, computer equipment, software or any other failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for computer, mechanical, technical, electronic, network or other errors or problems, including any errors or problems that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries, or in any other Sweepstakes-related materials. Should more prizes be awarded through a computer, hardware, or software malfunction, error or failure, or for any other reason, in any prize category, than are stated for that category in the Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the number of prizes stated in the Official Rules for that category. In no event will more prizes be awarded than that listed in Section 6.

CAUTION: ANY ACT OR ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. NOTHING IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL DISCLAIM, LIMIT, OR EXCLUDE LIABILITY FOR ANY LIABILITY THAT MAY NOT BE DISCLAIMED, LIMITED, OR EXCLUDED PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW.

13. APPLICABLE LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Illinois or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois. Some jurisdictions do not allow for limitations of certain remedies or damages and so those provisions may not apply to you.

14. DISPUTES/ARBITRATION: The parties hereto each agree to finally settle all disputes only through arbitration; provided, however, the Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts in Cook County, Illinois and any other court with jurisdiction over the parties. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury and review is limited. The arbitrator’s decision and award is final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The parties agree that, except as set forth above, any claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the streamlined Arbitration Rules Procedures of JAMS Inc. (“JAMS”) or any successor to JAMS. In the event JAMS is unwilling or unable to set a hearing date within fourteen (14) days of the filing of a “Demand for Arbitration”, then either party can elect to have the arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) or any other mutually agreeable arbitration administration service. If an in-person hearing is required, then it will take place in Chicago, Illinois. The federal or state law that applies to these Official Rules will also apply during the arbitration. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings that involve any claims or controversy of another party, including any class actions; provided, however, if for any reason any court or arbitrator holds that this restriction is unconscionable or unenforceable, then the agreement to arbitrate doesn’t apply and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Cook County, Illinois. Sponsor agrees to pay the administrative and arbitrator’s fees in order to conduct the arbitration (but specifically excluding any travel or other costs of entrant to attend the arbitration hearing). Either party may, notwithstanding this provision, bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

15. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Sweepstakes are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal. ANY PERSON FOUND TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THE LETTER AND SPIRIT OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE SPONSOR, FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, MAY BE DISQUALIFIED AT ANY TIME, AT THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR.

Winners acknowledge that upon acceptance of a Prize, performance of Prize obligations becomes the sole and exclusive responsibility of the designated service provider(s) for those portions not originating with Sponsor, if any.

The Sponsor reserves the right to change the dates, deadlines and/or other mechanics of the Sweepstakes as set out in these Official Rules, to the extent deemed necessary by the Sponsor, in order to verify that an Entrant, an Entry and/or other information comply with these Official Rules, or due to technical or other problems or circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Sweepstakes as contemplated in these Official Rules, or for any other reason.

The Sponsor is the sole owner of the promotional materials and products of the Sweepstakes and of the intellectual property rights related thereto, and nothing in these Official Rules shall be construed as conferring any rights whatsoever on the Entrants in this regard.

Except as provided in these Official Rules, no communications or correspondence will be entered into with Entrants, except with potential Prize winners, or as otherwise decided by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Sweepstakes in any way.
