Instructions
Step 1
Add egg to pan of boiling water; cook 6 min. Immediately transfer egg to bowl of ice water; set aside.
Step 2
Prepare soup as directed on package; pour into soup bowl.
Step 3
Cut egg lengthwise in half; place over soup. Top with bacon and onions.
Substitute: Substitute a cooked sunny-side-up egg for the soft-boiled egg.
