Instructions
Step 1
STIR 1 cup boiling water into each flavor of gelatin in separate bowls 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir 1/2 cup cold water into each bowl. Pour into separate 8-inch square pans. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until firm. Cut gelatin in each pan into 1/2-inch cubes.
Step 2
SPOON blue gelatin cubes evenly into 8 dessert dishes. Top with layers of whipped topping and red gelatin cubes. Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.
