Instructions

  1. Step 1

    ADD 2/3 cup boiling water to berry gelatin mix in small bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.

  2. Step 2

    REPEAT in separate bowl with cherry gelatin mix and remaining boiling water. Cool.

  3. Step 3

    MEANWHILE, sprinkle unflavored gelatine over 1/4 cup milk in medium bowl; let stand 5 min. Bring remaining milk to simmer in saucepan. Remove from heat; stir in sugar and vanilla. Add to plain gelatine mixture; stir until gelatine is completely dissolved. Cool 10 min.

  4. Step 4

    SPOON berry gelatin into 20 (1-oz.) plastic shot glasses sprayed lightly with cooking spray, adding about 2 tsp. gelatin to each glass.

  5. Step 5

    REFRIGERATE 15 min. or until gelatin is set but not firm. Top with unflavored gelatine mixture, adding about 2 tsp. gelatin to each cup. Refrigerate 15 min.

  6. Step 6

    COVER with cherry gelatin, adding about 2 tsp. gelatin to each cup. Refrigerate 2 hrs. or until firm.

  7. Step 7

    REMOVE desserts from cups just before serving. Top evenly with COOL WHIP, adding 1 Tbsp. COOL WHIP to each cup.
