Instructions

  1. Step 1

    ADD boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to make 1-1/4 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.

  2. Step 2

    MIX COOL WHIP and cottage cheese until well blended; spoon into 8 dessert dishes. Top with pineapple and gelatin.

  3. Step 3

    REFRIGERATE 2 hours or until gelatin is set.

    Substitute: Prepare using your favorite flavor of JELL-O Zero Sugar Gelatin.
