    flounder fillets

    mixed nuts, chopped


Instructions

    Heat oven to 400°F.

    Mix mayo, mustard, garlic powder and pepper until blended.

    Place fish in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; spread with mayo mixture. Sprinkle with chopped nut mix.
