Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Prepare brownies in an 8x8-inch pan as directed. Cool and cut into bite-sized squares.

    In a bowl, beat peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat on low until combined.

    In another bowl, beat heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold into peanut butter mixture until fluffy.

    In 8 mini jars or cups, layer brownie pieces, 2 tbsp peanut butter mousse, 2 tbsp Cool Whip, a drizzle of chocolate sauce and melted peanut butter, plus chopped peanut butter cups. Repeat layers once more.

  5. Step 5

    Refrigerate overnight. Before serving, top with Cool Whip, peanut butter cups, melted peanut butter, and chocolate sauce.
