Pine coco-lada mocktail

Instructions

1. Step 1

   Peel, core and finely chop half of the pineapple and distribute into glasses. Add a few mint leaves into each glass and then use a spoon to muddle and lightly crush the pineapple and mint.

2. Step 2

   Fill each glass halfway with ice, then pour over the Golden Circle® pine coconut fruit drink and top up with sparkling water.

3. Step 3

   Cut the rest of the pineapple into wedges and use to garnish each glass, along with the mint sprigs and enjoy.
