Ingredients

    onion, finely chopped

  • 1/3

    cup

    chopped red peppers

  • 1

    tbsp

    soft reduced-calorie margarine

  • 3

    cups

    chopped cooked turkey

  • 1

    pkg

    (10 oz.) frozen peas and carrots, thawed, drained

  • 3/4

    cup

    fat free sour cream

  • 1/2

    cup

    KRAFT Fat Free Mayo

  • 1/2

    tsp

    dried tarragon leaves, crushed

  • 1/4

    tsp

    black pepper

  • 1

    tsp

    soft reduced-calorie margarine

  • 2

    tbsp

    Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 2

    tbsp

    dry bread crumbs


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cook and stir onions and red peppers in 1 Tbsp. margarine. Add to combined turkey, peas and carrots, sour cream, dressing, tarragon and black pepper; mix well. Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.

  2. Step 2

    Melt 1 tsp. margarine in small skillet. Add Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs; cook and stir 3 min. or until lightly browned. Sprinkle over turkey mixture.

  3. Step 3

    Bake 30 min. or until heated through.
