1/2  cup

shredded cooked chicken

1/2 cup

frozen corn, thawed

1 tbsp

fresh lime juice

3  tbsps

KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing, divided


flour tortillas (8 inch)

1/2 cup

KRAFT Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese

2 tbsp

loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves


Step 1

HEAT oven to 475°F.

Step 2

COMBINE chicken and corn in medium bowl. Mix lime juice and 2 Tbsp. dressing until blended. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly.

Step 3

PLACE tortillas in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet; spread with remaining dressing.

Step 4

TURN tortillas over; top evenly with chicken mixture and cheese.

Step 5

BAKE 10 min. or until cheese is melted, and edges of tortillas are crisp and lightly browned.

Step 6

TOP with cilantro before cutting into wedges to serve.

Special Extra: Sprinkle with KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese before serving.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with a crisp, mixed green salad.
