Pastor quesadillas are loved for their melty, cheesy, marinated pork filling. We make ours with a fruity guajillo chilli and pineapple paste. They are best served with fresh coriander, lime and our salsa roja - either drizzled or as a dip!

Al Pastor tacos are arguably Mexico City’s most trendy taco, known for their sweet, smoky flavour (as they are typically grilled on an open flame). Ours brings in the smoky heat of guajillo chillies and sweetness of pineapple. Top with salsa verde (made with green tomatoes and chillies) for a fresh kick.

Birria tacos are on everyone’s feeds. We make them with smoky, marinated steak, inspired by traditional marinades using ancho and chipotle chilli. Our Chicas finish them with adding salsa roja for a extra smoky kick.

Tinga tostadas are a taqueria favourite – a crispy taco topped with spicy chipotle chicken. Our fiery Tinga paste is crafted from a blend of chipotle chillis, tomato and spices. We top ours with Salsa Roja for a tangy kick.
