Pure J.L. KRAFT Black Garlic & Cracked Pepper Dressing & Marinade add more for drizzling

feta cheese, drained

striploin steaks x 225g (8oz)

carrots, peeled
2
parsnips, peeled
10
fingerling potatoes
3 cups
baby spinach
2-3 tbsp
olive oil
1 tbsp
beurre
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Cut feta into cubes, place in a bowl, and marinate with Black Garlic & Cracked Pepper Dressing & Marinade.
Step 3
Slice carrots and parsnips to roughly the same thickness. Slice fingerling potatoes in half, lengthwise. Place them all in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a sheet pan and roast for 20-30 minutes or until done.
Step 4
Season steaks and sear both sides in a cast iron skillet. Cook to your desired doneness. Rest steak for a few minutes before slicing into strips.
Step 5
Add 1 tbsp of butter to the cast iron pan and sauté the baby spinach for few moments until just slightly wilted.
Step 6
Assemble your bowl placing the steak and marinated feta on top. Drizzle Black Garlic & Cracked Pepper Dressing & Marinade over the entire dish.
