Ingredients
- 375 - g - feta cheese, drained 
- ½ - cup 
- 1 - small - red onion, thinly sliced 
- ¼ - cup - roasted almonds 
- ¼ - cup - kalamata olives, pitted and chopped 
- ¼ - cup - flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped 
- - - Toasted ciabatta slices 
- Pure JL Kraft - Pure J.L. Kraft Cucumber Greek Dressing & Marinade 
Instructions
- Step 1 - With the rack in the highest position, preheat the oven to broil. 
- Step 2 - In a bowl, place the feta and cover with cold water. Let it soak for 10 minutes to reduce the salt. Drain and pat dry. 
- Step 3 - In a baking dish or lightly oiled cast iron skillet, place the block of feta. Drizzle with 2 tbsp (30 ml) of the dressing. Season with pepper. 
- Step 4 - Broil for 5 minutes or until the cheese is slightly golden. Remove from the heat. Reduce the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C). 
- Step 5 - Pour the remaining dressing around the cheese. Place the onion, almonds, and olives in the dressing. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is hot and softened. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with toasted ciabatta. - Note - To serve as a salad, place the cheese over a bed of baby spinach and drizzle with the hot dressing.
