red pepper, cut into thin strips

2 cups

loosely packed baby spinach leaves

2/3 cup

Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Step 1

Prepare Kraft Dinner following package directions.

Step 2

Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add peppers; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in Dinner, spinach and mozzarella; cook 3 to 5 min. or until mozzarella is melted and spinach is wilted, stirring frequently.
