The eyes have it—Halloween buffet appeal, that is! These eye-catching marshmallow crispy treats are contenders for this year's Best Costume award.
Ingredients

(400 g) Jet-Puffed Marshmallows

crisp rice cereal

Oreo Cookies, coarsely chopped

Mini Oreo Cookies

red decorating gel
Instructions
Step 1
Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until melted. Add marshmallows; toss to coat. Microwave 1-1/2 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec.
Step 2
Add cereal and chopped cookies; mix well. Roll into 18 balls.
Step 3
Use thumb to make 2 indentations in centre of each ball. Split Mini Oreo Cookies in half. Reserve plain halves for snacking or another use. Press remaining cookie halves, creme-sides up, into cereal balls for eyes. Decorate with gel to resemble bloodshot eyes.
