Ingredients

    Red capsicum, deseeded

    Green capsicum, deseeded

    Lebanese cucumber

    Small red onion, thinly sliced

    Traditional feta, cut into cubes

    Bottle Eta lite & free balsamic dressing


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Cut red and green capsicums into 1cm pieces. Slice cucumber in half lengthwise and cut into chunks.

  2. Step 2

    Put prepared salad ingredients and feta into a bowl and toss about ¼ cup (or to taste) of Eta Lite & Free Balsamic Dressing through the salad.
